What is it actually like to stay at a Garten‑Oase?
After nine months and many satisfied guests, the pattern is clear. What people love about the Garten-Oase near the Olympic Stadium is the setting, the quiet, how quickly you are in the city, and the meticulously thought through design.
The response has been overwhelming, far beyond anything we had hoped for. It is what gave us the confidence to start a second holiday home: Gudow am See in Schleswig-Holstein, opening in late summer 2026.
Whichever Garten-Oase you choose, what we are after is the same. A stay you remember, that brings you back, and that you will happily mention to friends. We are lucky to have a small group of regulars already, and this is what they value most.

What differentiates Garten-Oase? So many holiday homes feel interchangeable. We would rather design each one properly and look after guests ourselves, so your stay in Berlin or Gudow is one to remember.
We plan, furnish and keep improving every Garten-Oase ourselves. A handful of places done well, rather than many done quickly. And we make sure your stay feels truly unique.

With Garten-Oase, we wanted to create exactly that: places that not only look beautiful, but feel truly comfortable, whether you’re staying for a few days or a little longer.
We carefully choose every element of the interior, furnish the space ourselves and test many things from a guest’s perspective. And of course, we always listen to our guests’ suggestions.
